Broker/Agent Price List

 

Quarterly Office Dues                                                                                  $  120

            This is paid by all Brokers in order to keep the company active.

 

Quarterly Office Computer Access                                                             $    90

            This allows for company’s computer access from

            their office.  This is paid by Brokers only.   

 

Quarterly Branch Fee                                                                                   $  200

            This fee is for any company who opens another branch

            of the same company.

 

(ActiveKEY) Quarterly Key and Password                                                $  136

            This is paid by anyone who leases an ActiveKEY whether

            it be Broker or Agent.  There is an additional $40 application

            fee and $35 token fee due at time of issue.

           

(E-Key) Quarterly Key and Password                                                        $  112

            This is paid by anyone who leases an E-Key whether it be

            Broker or Agent.  There is an additional $40 application fee

            and $35 token fee due at time of issue.

            Supra also charges a $50 issuance fee and a monthly draft

            from your credit card of $14.95+Tax Basic Service or

$24.80+Tax Professional Service. 

 

Quarterly Agent No Key                                                                              $  136

            This is for anyone who has access to the system only.

 

Quarterly Assistant Fee                                                                                $    68

            This is strictly for an agent assistant who has no license

            and no keypad and who does research work for the agent. 

 

Quarterly Lockbox Lease Per Lockbox                                                      $      2

            This is the lockbox lease fee and is based on the number of

            lockboxes in your possession.  The initial lease per lockbox

            is $15 and if returned to the CML office, an amount of

            $10 is refunded per lockbox.

 

General Information

 

Listing Input (Billed to Broker)                                                                    $    15

            This fee is charged per listing if entered by the CML

office for non-computer users or those whose computers

are out of service.

 

Comparable Fine (Billed to Broker)                                                             $    10

This fee is for listings not entered into the computer within 14

            days of the actual closing date.

 

Miscellaneous Fines (Billed to BIC or Agent)                                              $    25

           

Company Name Change (Billed to Broker)                                                 $  200

            This fee is charged if company takes a new name.    

 

Broker Name Change (Billed to Broker)                                                     $    50

            This fee is charged if company changes brokers.

 

 

 

 

Billing

 

The CML sends out quarterly invoices on February 1^st , May 1^st , August 1^st  and November 1^st.  All payments are due back in the CML office by the 25^th of these months.  If payment is not made by the 5^th of the following month (March, June, September, December), keys and computer access are disconnected and a 10% reconnect fee is due on any payment made after this date.

 

If dues remain unpaid 60 days after original billing date, agent must return all equipment (keypad and keyboxes) to the CML Office.   If all equipment is not returned, CML has the right (due to signed lease by agent) to charge agent for the keypad and lockboxes and take any action necessary to have equipment returned.
